Yellow Flags

Yellow flags would not prevent them from getting a position but may be brought up during deliberations.

NOT an example:

• I found this person annoying.

Red Flags

This is someone that you would feel uncomfortable with being on the team due to your personal experience with. We do not want to accept anyone who you would feel uncomfortable working with.

Examples:

• This person has committed microaggressions or even attacks against your identity.
• This person was a terrible team worker during a group project (never did their work, blamed others, etc.)
