  2. Doesn’t seem familiar with the club’s mission. Very generic and impersonal. | 1) Applicant answers some questions to the full extent, but some may stray off topic and dance around the question.

  3. Provides only a few examples and personal connections with their responses. Interviewer may feel unsure of how applicant would behave in our team environment.

  4. Talks about some transferable skills

  5. Familiar with all that the club does but seems slightly impersonal. | 1) Applicant answers all questions to the full extent, staying on topic and elaborating in detail.

  6. Provides well thought-out examples and personal connections with every response. Should make the interviewer feel like they are truly getting to know the applicant as a person.

  7. Talks about clear, transferable skills. Offers something to the club.

  8. Showcases genuine passion/interest in what the club does. |
