  4. Talks about some transferable skills

  5. Familiar with all that the club does but seems slightly impersonal. | 1) Applicant answers all questions to the full extent, staying on topic and elaborating in detail.

  6. Provides well thought-out examples and personal connections with every response. Should make the interviewer feel like they are truly getting to know the applicant as a person.

  7. Talks about clear, transferable skills. Offers something to the club.

  8. Showcases genuine passion/interest in what the club does. |
